Paneer roll is a simple and easy to make snacks. To begin with it, mix maida, salt, red chilli and black pepper with the paneer and mix well. For the stuffing mix onion, green chilli, chopped coriander and salt with boiled and mashed potatoes.
Now grease your palm and take a ball of the paneer mixture and roll it. Make a hole in the centre of the roll and fill it with the potato mixture and roll it once more. Make all the rolls in the same manner and dip them into beaten eggs and then roll in breadcrumbs. Deep fry the rolls until golden brown and crisp. Slice up and serve hot with sauce or chutney.
