|Nawabi Pulao is a unique Mughlai dish that originated from the Mughal era. This recipe is basically prepared during special occasions and festivals. To prepare it, rinse the rice in water and keep aside. Heat oil and add the cinnamon, cardamom, cloves and cumin seeds. Add chopped onions and fry them till they turn golden. After that, add the rice, salt and water to the mix. Let the rice cook. Finally, garnish it with cashew nuts and raisins.
