Mughal Garden

The Mughal garden is spread over six hectares of land within the Rashtrapati Bhavan Complex, New Delhi. It is one among the famous gardens that were designed by Sir Edwin Lutyens for Lady Harding. These gardens are a combination of the Mughal style and the British garden style. The garden sports multilevel terraces, canals and flowering shrubs along with privet hedge, lawns and European flowerbeds.
The Gardens are made up of three parts - the Rectangular Garden, the Long Garden and the Circular Garden. More than 250 varieties of roses are grown here along with a wide variety of flowers. The garden can be visited only during the month of February and March.
