Momo Steamed Dumpling



Momo, which is also known as steamed dumpling, is a typical Asian dish. To make it your will need wheat flour, minced meat, finely chopped onion, ginger and salt to taste. Firstly, mix the wheat flour with water and knead till it is smooth. For filling, add chopped onion, ginger and salt to the minced meat and mix well.
Now, roll the wheat flour dough and make small circles. Put a portion of the filling over the circle and fold them. Boil water in a steamer and place the filled up dumplings on oiled racks so that they do not stick with each other. Boil for 10 to 15 minutes. Serve hot with soup and chutney.
