Mixed vegetable extravaganza is a purely vegetarian side that you have both in lunch and dinner. To prepare this dish you will need peas, peeled and diced carrots and cauliflower, chopped celery leaves, salt, red chilli powder, black paper and oil.
To start with the mixed vegetable extravaganza, wash and drain all the vegetables. Now, heat oil in a cooking pot and add the seasonings and cook for a few seconds. Then add all the vegetables and cook for a few minutes. Cover and cook on a low flame without adding any water until the vegetables are done. Garnish with chopped celery leaves and serve hot.
