|Masala Gobi is a simple, easy and delicious recipe made with cauliflower. To make this delectable dish, first you have to boil the cauliflower for about 5 minutes. Then make a fine paste of cashew nuts, poppy seeds, ginger, garlic and green chillies. Heat oil and fry chopped onions till they turn golden in colour. Add the paste and fry for couple of minutes on a medium flame. Add coriander powder, red chilled, cumin, turmeric and chopped tomatoes.
