Masala Gobi



Masala Gobi is a simple, easy and delicious recipe made with cauliflower. To make this delectable dish, first you have to boil the cauliflower for about 5 minutes. Then make a fine paste of cashew nuts, poppy seeds, ginger, garlic and green chillies. Heat oil and fry chopped onions till they turn golden in colour. Add the paste and fry for couple of minutes on a medium flame. Add coriander powder, red chilled, cumin, turmeric and chopped tomatoes.
Keep stirring occasionally until the tomatoes are mushy. Add yoghurts and then the cauliflower and move the pieces around, so that they get covered with the masala. Add water and cook for another 5 minutes. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
