Mango Chutney



Mango chutney is luscious North Indian chutney which can be relished with any dish of your choice. It is usually a summer dish that is savoured during the season of mangos. This chutney is simple, easy and requires less time to prepare.
Firstly, peel the mangoes, remove the seed and cut them into small pieces. Heat oil in a pan, and put mustard seeds into it. When the seeds start crackling, add salt, mango piece and turmeric. Add water and allow them to come to a boil. Keep stirring continuously until the chutney is thick. Remove the pan and let it cool to room temperature. Store the chutney in an air-tight container and refrigerate it.
