| Colva is the oldest, largest and the most spectacular of south Goa beaches. It lies about 6 Kms to the west of Margao. Colva beach in Goa is one beach which is usually less crowded. The beach is known for its white sand and coconut palm trees which are lined up across the shore line. |

There are many shops lined up along the Colva beach which offers you delicious Goan cuisine. You can find many eating joints and hotels near Colva Beach. Colva beach is one of those beaches in Goa that is developing at a very good pace.
Apart from the beach itself, the other main attraction for the locals is the "Menino Jesus" statue at the local church which was founded in 1630. |
