Chili Chicken

Chilli chicken is a very famous Chinese dish that has been adapted in India. It is delight for all the non-vegetarian foodies. It goes great with fried rice or noodles. The preparation procedure of this tasty dish is very easy and simple.
To begin with, add Soya sauce, salt, egg and corn flour to the boneless chicken pieces and marinate it for an hour. After one hour, deep fry the chicken pieces till light brown. Heat oil in another pan and add chopped green chillies, two cups of chicken stock, ajinamoto, sugar, white pepper powder, salt and 1 tablespoon of Soya sauce and bring it to boil. Now, add the fried pieces of chicken and cook for some more time. Finally, add 1 tablespoon of corn flour dissolved in water. Garnish with chopped spring onions and green chillies. Serve hot.
