To make this lip smacking dish, the required ingredients are 10 medium sized colocasia/ taro (Arvi) boiled, peeled and cut into 1/2" thick slices, 1 tbsp coriander powder, 1 tbsps cumin powder, tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp red chili powder, 1 tsp dry raw mango powder (amchoor), salt to taste and oil to shallow fry.

First of all, mix all the powdered spices together in a bowl. Heat the oil in a pan. Lay the pieces of colocasia/taro out in the pan and fry till golden on one side. Turn the pieces and immediately sprinkle with the spice powder you mixed together earlier. Fry the other side till golden and then sprinkle the spice powder again.
