To begin with, wash and drain the bhindis. Once they dry, chop them in equal length. To avoid sliminess, squeeze some lemon juice before cooking the bhindis. Now heat oil in a pan and fry the pieces of bhindis for a few minutes. Add some turmeric powder and mix well and cook till the bhindis are tender. Add green chilli paste, scraped coconut, coriander powder to it. Season with salt and add mango powder and chat masala. Fry till dry and lastly garnish with cilantro. |
