To make this you cuisine, you require, 500 Gms French beans chopped, 2 tbsps oil, 3/4 tsp mustard seeds, 2 green chilies finely chopped, 6-8 curry leaves, 1 onion chopped, 4 tbsps fresh grated coconut and salt to taste.
To make it, firstly heat the oil in a shallow pan and add mustard seeds. When they stop spluttering add the curry leaves and green chilies and saute a little. Now add the onion and fry till it turns soft. Then add the green beans, salt to taste and cook till they are done. Add the grated coconut and mix well. Cook for some more time and serve it hot with rice or chapattis (Indian flatbread).
